HOW DOES THIS PlACE ONLY HAVE A 4.2?!!!!! We visited Tucson recently from Los Angeles, and we ate at Pete’s four times. It’s that GOOD. The burrito bowls in particular. They load up your bowl with the best quality ingredients, and they don’t skimp on portions. The prices are really good for the amount of food you’re getting. And don’t get me STARTED on their 7 margarita. It was a HEAVY pour, i took three sips and was already tipsy. The service is particularly kind and friendly. The servers gave me samples of their “taco night” toppings, which I ordered next time they were so yummy. Honestly I wish they would expand to California- I think they would do really well in Westwood near UCLA or even San Diego. But for now Pete’s I will yearn for your fire burrito bowls from afar. Until we meet again!

Great place to eat . Ebbs and flows perfect with college town. Greet music and the staff was super helpful as it was my first time in!! My burrito was soo big I brought the other half for my partner! !!

Really awesome food for kinda reasonable prices. Generous portions, friendly staff, and a great hole in the wall vibe with outdoor seating and a good view. Chicken quesadilla gave me an out of body experience, they put some kind of sauce on it that makes me want to kiss Pete himself. The rest of the food looks fresh, overall a great spot to eat and very indicative of the Mexican scene in Tucson. Will eat here many more times.

The service here is outstanding! General Manager Sonya is always incredibly caring and consistently provides excellent customer service. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and inclusive which makes every visit a genuinely great experience. It’s clear this place values both community and connection.

This is a terrible photo but burritos are better eaten than photographed. One of the best burritos of my life. Not a very good marg but who cares?! So many great veggies and ways to make this healthy. And listen, this is UofA territory. There are massive amounts of students, but even if you’re 42 like me, it’s SO worth feeling old to come here for lunch!

The bowls are amazing! Chicken, rice, vegi’s, they just pile it on. The manager is great and makes the best skinny margaritas ever. Always great food and good people watching from the outdoor patio.
